garlic, and 1/4 tsp salt

Garlic

Mix: 2/3 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup
red wine vinegar, juice from 1
lemon, 3 cloves minced garlic,
1 tbsp dijon mustard, salt and

pepper to taste

Mediterranean

Mix: 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp

red wine vinegar, 2 tsp
dijon mustard, 1/2 cup feta,
1 diced roma tomato and 1
tsp oregano

Mix: 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp
